Although the past few days have been filled with pure gluttony, it was a nice change. Spending time with my family is always something I’m thankful for (and my mom’s delicious apple pie). Unfortunately I usually develop the feeling that while I’m having fun, I’m going to miss out on the opportunity to capture a moment in a photo. I just need to understand that putting the camera down and enjoying my surroundings, and most importantly, the people around me are what make this time of year so special.
